3. How do we protect your data?

IntraSoft-TSI uses organizational and technical safeguards to ensure that your data is adequately protected. We ensure that your data is:

  • processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner;
  • collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner inconsistent with these purposes;
  • adequate, relevant and limited to the purposes for which they are processed;
  • correct and updated as necessary;
  • kept in a form which permits identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed;
  • processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

4. For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?

Your data, depending on the circumstances in which it was obtained, is processed:

  • for the purposes of recruitment carried out for the purposes of our activities in accordance with the profile specified in the National Court Register. The basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose, in accordance with Art. 6 of the GDPR Regulation, is your consent;
  • for purposes leading to the signing of commercial contracts as part of our business, in accordance with  Art. 44 of the above-mentioned Regulations,
  • for the purposes of hiring employees, i.e. finalizing the process of hiring employees in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of the Labor Code,
  • in order to effectively provide additional benefits for employees and associates of IntraSoft-TSI

5. Who can we share your data with?

Your personal data may be shared or transferred for processing:

  • our authorized employees to carry out recruitment and employment processes;
  • business partners;
  • companies providing financial and accounting services as well as HR and payroll services;
  • state administration bodies in connection with legal obligations;
  • debt collection companies;
  • law firms, courts and other entities in connection with the pursuit of claims;
  • subcontractors, i.e. entities we use to process them – eg IT service providers – these entities process data on the basis of a contract concluded with us and only in accordance with our instructions;

We ensure that the disclosure or transfer of personal data for processing takes place on the basis of a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data, a similar legal instrument or based on a legal obligation.

6. How long do we process data?

Your data is processed until the purpose for which it was collected is completed. If the basis for their processing is your consent – until the consent is withdrawn. Your data may be processed longer if it would be necessary for the Administrator or third parties to pursue claims, or the data constitute evidence in proceedings before a court or state administration body.

7. What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?

Each person whose data is processed by IntraSoft-TSI is entitled to:

  • the right to access your personal data,
  • the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to object and the right to transfer data in the cases specified in the provisions of the GDPR,
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
  • the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data, for reasons related to the special situation of the data subject, as well as the right to object to the processing of data;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority

8. Do you have to provide us with your data?

Providing personal data in recruitment processes is voluntary, but failure to provide contact details, career path, training courses and information that are the criterion for inclusion in recruitment processes will prevent you from being on the list of candidates in these processes.
